A limited number of fellowships are available to participants whose abstracts have been selected by the Scientific Committee. This will cover the registration fee, discount airfare by low-cost airlines, accommodation at the Chulabhorn Research Institute Residence for 4 nights, and all meals for the duration of the conference.


Fellowships are provided by
the Chulabhorn Research Institute, Thailand, and
the Health and Environmental Sciences Institute, USA.

Priority consideration will be given to participants who choose to attend this conference and the training course on Environmental Toxicology and Health that is held back-to-back from June 24-28, 2024. [More information on the Training Course]

To apply for a fellowship, please submit a 5-6-page extended abstract (See the Guidelines) and an up-to-date CV.  

You will be required to give either a Poster or Platform (15-minute) presentation on environmental health issues of concern in your country, which should be based on evidence published by a reliable source, e.g., health or environmental authorities in your country. 

Please note that the fellowships will be processed after the acceptance of the submitted abstract and selection by the committee.

Deadline for Submission:

  • Deadline for fellowship’s Abstract and CV Submission: April 15, 2024.
  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: April 30, 2024.

Guidelines for the Preparation of Extended Abstracts:

(5-6 pages long – tables, figures or graphs may be included)

  • Use ENGLISH only.
  • Page margins should be 3 cm for top, right, left and bottom margins.
  • The document must be single-spaced, using the Arial font and a 11 pt. font size.
  • Type title in bold, using Title Case.
  • Underline the name of the presenting author.
  • The extended abstract must fit into one A4-sized paper, including the title, author’s names and affiliations.
  • The extended abstract file should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document using the author’s name as the file name.
