Note:
- For Thai Participants includes the Program and Abstract book, and lunches.
- *The package for International Participants covers the registration fee, the Program and Abstract book, accommodation at the Chulabhorn Research Institute Residence for 4 nights and lunches during the conference.
- Students need to submit student IDs or proof of enrollment along with their registration.

- International participants: all fees must be paid in US currency using credit card on Registration page.
- Thai participants: the registration fee can be paid by:

- Only registration accompanied by full payment of the registration fee will be processed.
- An official receipt will be issued at the Registration Desk at the Conference or by request before the Conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Registered participants who cannot attend the Conference will receive a refund of registration fees as follows:
- No refund can be made for cancellation received on and after June 1, 2024.
- Refunds will not be made until after the Conference.
- Please note that requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the registration office (e-mail is preferred).
